Heavy-Duty Structure & High Load Capacity

Constructed with high-strength steel or aluminum alloy, the cable ladder features a stable ladder structure that supports heavy cables over long spans. The reinforced side rails and evenly distributed rungs effectively reduce cable sagging and ensure long-term structural stability under various working conditions.

Can cable ladders be used outdoors or in corrosive environments?
Yes. Hot-dip galvanized steel and FRP cable ladders have excellent corrosion resistance and are widely used outdoors, in chemical plants, coastal areas, and other harsh environments.
How to determine the support spacing for cable ladders?
Support spacing is determined by load requirements, ladder size, and material. Standard spacing is usually 1.5m to 3m. We recommend referring to our technical load data or consulting our engineering team.
Can you provide customized cable ladder solutions?
We support OEM & ODM customization including special sizes, materials, hole patterns, labels, and matching supporting systems for large-scale projects.

Questions

FAQ Cable Ladder

What are the main differences between the four types of ladder cable trays?
The core differences lie in material, load-bearing capacity, anti-corrosion performance and applicable scenarios: Ordinary type is cost-effective for daily indoor use; Heavy Duty type has thicker plates for heavy-load and large-span needs; Aluminum Alloy type is lightweight and corrosion-resistant for harsh or high-end environments; Marine type is specially designed for shipboard and marine engineering with shock and salt-spray resistance.
Can all four types be customized?
Yes. All types support customization of width, height, length, plate thickness, hole position and surface treatment, according to your drawings, project requirements or industry standards.
What surface treatments are available for these cable trays?
Common treatments include hot-dip galvanizing, pre-galvanizing, powder coating and anodizing (for aluminum alloy). Marine type can be specially treated with anti-salt-spray and anti-corrosion coating to meet marine environment requirements.
When should I choose Ordinary Ladder Cable Tray?
It is the most cost-effective option, suitable for ordinary indoor cable routing scenarios, such as offices, commercial buildings, residential complexes, light industrial workshops and conventional indoor power distribution projects.
Can the four types be used outdoors?
All suitable for outdoor use due to its good corrosion resistance; Marine type is specially designed for outdoor marine environments, with excellent anti-aging and anti-corrosion performance.
